Parking Policy

Development of a new parking policy for Amsterdam Zuid. Part of the new policy is the introduction of various forms of parking regulation to combat parking nuisance from the Zuidas in the surrounding neighborhoods. In addition, the areas in which parking permits are valid have been widened, while at the same time the distribution of parking permits takes better account of local parking pressure. A number of overflow areas have been created for residents on the waiting list for a parking permit, and the total number of parking spaces is being expanded in indoor parking facilities.
